Julie Fathy is founder and co-owner of a nutrition consulting company serving the food industry since 2004. Through professional experience and personal interests, Julie believes many of our environmental and health issues can be solved through sustainable living choices. Julie resides in Bozeman, Montana where she advocates for and teaches about the zero waste and local foods movements. She employs strategies such as reducing her consumption of goods, making many foods and products from scratch, and buying from local businesses that follow sustainable and ethical practices. Through years of trial and error, Julie has created simple, yet effective ways to improve personal and planetary health.
